1 Acceptance of Terms

• Using false names, addresses or contact details during registration is grounds for account termination.
• on77 may contact you via the email or phone number provided at registration for account-related communications.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

on77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your on77 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on your bank's processing schedule. The minimum deposit is PKR 50 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by on77 within the standard processing window. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed quickly after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time. on77 does not hold withdrawal requests beyond the stated processing window without cause.

on77 may request identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not targeted at any individual.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• on77 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account irregularities, on77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which means you must bet the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.

If your account is closed by on77 due to a terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at on77's discretion following investigation, provided the funds are not linked to fraudulent activity.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact on77 support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

on77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, on77 does not guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, errors or downtime at all times.

• on77 is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
